Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

Delivery on Mondays and Thursdays

$10.00 (Free on orders over $100)

Express Shipping

Delivery within 1-2 business days

$35.00

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected at checkout. We currently deliver to the lower mainland area of British Columbia. This is limited to the following cities:

• Vancouver
• Burnaby
• Richmond
• Surrey
• Coquitlam
• Port Coquitlam
• Port Moody
• New Westminster
• North Vancouver
• West Vancouver
• Maple Ridge
• Pitt Meadows
• Langley

Delivery Schedule

Standard Delivery Days: We deliver on Mondays and Thursdays only.

Delivery Time Windows: You can choose between two time slots:

  • Morning/Afternoon: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Evening: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM

* For all deliveries someone must be present to receive the order.

Order Deadlines:

  • For Monday deliveries: Order by end of day Thursday of the previous week
  • For Thursday deliveries: Order by end of day Monday of the same week

Express Shipping: Available for delivery within 1-2 business days and can be delivered outside our standard Monday/Thursday schedule. Additional $35 fee applies.

Pickup Option: You can pick up your order from one of our locations anytime after 11:00 AM on the Monday or Thursday following your order (based on the same ordering deadlines as delivery).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Delivery Policies

Missed Deliveries

For standard and express deliveries, someone must be present to receive the order. If no one is available during your selected delivery window, we'll attempt to contact you. If we can't reach you, we'll return your order to our facility and contact you to reschedule delivery (additional fees may apply).

If you have special delivery instructions, you can add these to your delivery address in your account settings or during checkout.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has been processed.

Delivery Issues

If your delivery is late, damaged, or missing, please contact our customer service team immediately. We'll work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your meals as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within British Columbia, Canada. We're working to expand our delivery areas and hope to offer inter-provincial and international shipping in the future.
